Root to Rise Yoga

Root to Rise yoga is a unique offering for all levels of practice. This class begins as a moderately paced, constant flow Vinyasa practice that transitions into a Hatha practice with longer holds and deeper breath work. Great for the beginner yogi or the experienced, the Root to Rise class is the perfect way to start your Sunday!  

About the instructor:  Sam is a longtime yoga lover and is excited to share her passion for the practice with others as an instructor. A lifelong athlete, yoga began as a way for Sam to supplement her workouts but soon became more as she felt the mental and emotional benefits of her practice. She loves offering classes that challenge her students while matching their energy and needs.   

Sam is excited to bring her Root to Rise class to the Celebration Centre. This unique practice begins as a vinyasa flow practice and transitions to a calmer Hatha practice with longer holds and deeper breath work. Her class is open to beginners and experienced yogis alike, requiring only a yoga mat, clothes you can move in, and an hour of your time to do some excellent self-care.
